New Operator’s Licence Granted as Applied for After Traffic Commissioner’s Public Inquiry

This Company, represented by Harry Bowyer, were called into a Traffic Commissioner’s Public Inquiry upon their application for an Operator’s Licence. The Traffic Commissioner had serious concerns about the repute and competence of the Director and Transport Manager.

At Public Inquiry those concerns were allayed and the licence was granted as applied for, subject to undertakings.
