Licence Accidentally Terminated; Interim Granted within 2-Hours

This Operator, a Multiple Licence Holder, failed to renew his biggest licence at the 5-years interval thereby causing immediate termination. His fleet was off the road. Simon Clarke was instructed to seek a solution to this very serious and economically catastrophic situation. Simon was able to launch an appeal against the termination and at the same time apply for a new Operators’ Licence and to seek an Interim Authority to get the fleet back on the road. Following discussions with all relevant parties an Interim Approval was granted within 2-hours of the on-line application going in to the CLO, thus getting the Operator back on the road and preventing the loss of 5 jobs and a successful business.

At Smith Bowyer Clarke Road Transport lawyers we understand road transport and business, and are experts in tailoring solutions to individual transport and Operator-related difficulties.
