Impounded Truck Returned.
A rogue Polish operator was caught conducting cabotage in the UK by the DVSA. The truck was impounded. The financing house who were the actual owners of the vehicle approached SBC to get the truck returned. The Traffic Commissioner, after hearing written and oral submissions from Harry Bowyer released the truck back to its owners.
